Privacy Policy

The short version

• Every calculation runs entirely in your browser. The amounts you type — salaries, rates, hours — are never sent to our servers, never stored, and never logged.
• We have no accounts, no sign-ups, and we never ask for names, government ID numbers (SSS/PhilHealth/Pag-IBIG/TIN), passwords or OTPs.
• We use Google Analytics 4 to count page views and which calculators get used. It is configured to receive no user-entered values — only the fact that a calculator was used.

What we collect

Standard web server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) are kept briefly for security and capacity monitoring, then rotated out. If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics 4 collects the usual aggregate usage data — pages viewed, approximate location at city level, device type — under Google's own policies. Our analytics event whitelist contains exactly two events: a page view, and a "calculator used" counter carrying only the tool name.

What we never collect

• The numbers you type into any calculator.
• Government identification numbers, member numbers, or credentials of any kind.
• Anything that would let us identify your salary or employment situation.

Cookies

AyTool itself sets no cookies. Google Analytics may set its own cookies to distinguish returning visitors; you can block them with any cookie/tracker blocker and every calculator will keep working normally, since no functionality depends on cookies.

Third parties

Links to official government portals (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, DOLE, DMW, PRC) and social sharing links (Facebook, Messenger) take you to sites governed by their own privacy policies. We embed no third-party widgets, ad networks or trackers beyond the analytics described above; this site carries no advertising.
